Product Manager
We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will be charged with maintaining the competitiveness of our product offerings. This will include increasing the effectiveness of existing products as well as developing new products for the company. The Product Manager will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers. Candidates must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
The Product Manager will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements and will also work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy. This position will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for assigned product categories.
Responsibilities
- Managing product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Developing and maintaining Product Roadmaps
- Developing business plans for product offerings, including financial forecasting and modeling
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products
- Initiating and driving development and marketing projects
- Act as the internal and external champion of assigned products
- Becoming expert on the product, target market and product competitors.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Knowledgeable regarding web-hosting technologies.
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
