1. How do I join?
A: Sign up for the ProRewards Reseller Program/Pro membership. When your account is set up, you will be asked to login to the Members Area. Once there, click on the "ProRewards" link to review the ProRewards Reseller Program Terms of Service. If you agree to the terms, click the button that says "I agree," and you're ready to go.

2. How much will I receive for each membership I sell?
A: You will receive the following amount for each month an account is active:

3. Can I list my own Pro account in the Client Manager?
A: No. You may not add your Pro account to the Client Manager or receive payments for it. If you participate in our Reseller program, you may not add resold accounts to your Client Manager.

4. What is the Pro membership?
A: All resellers automatically receive a Pro membership, which includes a 15 GB Web site, free domain name, automatic search-engine submissions, and more.

5. Are there Terms of Service?
A: The ProRewards Reseller Program is governed by its Terms of Service. Please review this document carefully before participating in the program.

6. Which memberships can I sell?
A: You will receive a payment for Charter, Value, Pro and Commerce memberships.

7. How do I get credit for selling a membership?
A: Simply add your new client to the Client Manager in the Members Area. Qualification for payment begins in the month in which the new client is added.

8. When will I get paid?
A: You will receive quarterly payments that will be issued, approximately 45 days, after the end of each calendar quarter. You must be an active participant in the ProRewards Reseller Program/Pro Membership at the time of payout to receive payment.

9. Is there a minimum payout?
A: Yes. You must earn a minimum of $10 in a quarter to receive a payment.

10. How will I receive payment?
A: BizLand will send your payment in the form of a check via U.S. Mail to the address given during the registration process for your ProRewards Reseller Program/ Pro Membership.

11. In what currency will payments be made?
A: All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars.

12. Is there a maximum amount I can earn in the ProRewards Reseller Program?
A: No. There is no maximum amount to be earned.

13. What is the definition of "total number of paying clients?"
A: By definition, it is the count of active clients, recorded in your Client Manager, who are enrolled in a Charter, Value, Premier, Elite, Pro and Commerce membership and are up to date on their payments.

14. How is the payout calculated?
A: Your payout is based on the number of paid memberships that are active in your Client manager at the end of the calendar quarter. You will receive a payment for each month each membership is active.

Example payouts:
If you enroll a client in a Charter membership in January and the client is still active at the end of the March, you will receive a payment of $7.50, which is $2.50 per month for the three months the client was active.

If you enroll a client in a Value membership in February and the client is still active at the end of the March, you will receive a payment of $7.00, which is $3.50 per month for the two months the client was active.

15. How can I report on total payments for the year for accounting purposes?
A: Print your ProRewards Reseller Program report at the close of each calendar quarter. For further information about your account, send an e-mail to ProRewards@bizland-inc.com.

16. What type of support does BizLand provide?
A: As a Pro member, you will receive priority support from our Member Support team. Your clients will likewise receive technical support from our team.

Our Member Support team provides e-mail support seven-days a week; they are also available toll free at 866-599-9964, Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).

17. Do I have to bill my clients?
No, BizLand will handle all billing for you.
